Scouts, Guides, Leaders, and their families are invited to a special preview before the Expo opens to the public. All Scouts, Guides, and Leaders must be in uniform to access the event. For child safety, all family members must be accompanied by a uniformed member through the gate.

Drones and other remotely piloted aircraft are not permitted at Emergency Expo. This protects the safety of all attendees and avoids interference with aviation operations. If unauthorised drones are sighted, all aviation activities will be suspended immediately.
Emergency vehicles, aviation assets, and personnel will move around the grounds throughout the day. Use the main gate only (next to the Lions Club building). Stay out of aviation areas unless permitted, and keep all access gates and roadways clear at all times. Do not use the outer gravel track.
Photography and videography will take place at Emergency Expo by both event organisers and attendees. By entering the event, you acknowledge you may be photographed or filmed. Official media will be used responsibly for promotional purposes. We cannot control media taken by other attendees.
Many exhibitors are actively on-duty. While every effort is made to be present for the full event, some may be delayed or called away without notice due to operational demands. We cannot guarantee the presence of any specific agency, vehicle, or asset at any particular time.
Pets are not permitted at Emergency Expo. The environment can be crowded, noisy, and unpredictable β causing stress for animals and posing risks for attendees. Some exhibits may include dogs on display. Service animals are welcome.
